Vegan, dairy-free, easy.
During the summer, I crave a refreshing drink and I’m sure a lot of you do too.
This copycat Starbuck’s frappuccino is perfect if you don’t like iced coffee but like icy drinks!
As the world has been on lockdown, I’ve been experimenting with making different drinks inspired by the Starbucks menu as I’ve been unable to get my usual Starbucks drinks.
My favourite drinks at Starbucks are their coffee-based ones but going back a few years before I was vegan, my favourite drink was their Strawberries and cream Frappuccino, so I decided to make my own copy cat version at home…and make it vegan, obviously.
A strawberry frappe topped with dairy-free cream makes for the most delicious and cooling drink.
Preparation: 10 minutes
